I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?

Thank you for choosing Estelle – we’re excited to fulfill your order. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.
If you haven’t received a confirmation within two hours of placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@estellecruijff.com. We’ll be happy to check whether your order went through correctly.

Kindly note: occasionally, confirmation emails may end up in your spam or junk folder – so be sure to check there as well.

Can I still make changes to my order?
We’re sorry to hear that something isn’t quite right with your order. Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp – we’ll do our best to make the necessary changes or cancel your order.

Kindly note: if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make any adjustments.

I’ve just placed my order – when can I expect it?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed in the evening or during the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace link from the carrier, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

The item I want to order is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

We’re sorry to hear that the item you wish to order is currently out of stock. There is a chance it will be restocked. If there’s a back-in-stock notification available, simply click the "notify me" button to leave your email or phone number, and you’ll be notified by email or SMS when the item becomes available again.

Tip! If you receive an email or SMS letting you know the item on your wishlist is back in stock, act fast! From experience, we know these items tend to sell out quickly.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve an item. Please note that adding items to your shopping bag does not make them reserved for you.

I’m having trouble placing an order. What should I do?
