Shipping & Delivery
I’ve placed an order. When can I expect to receive it?
If you place your order on weekdays before 5:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day. Unless stated otherwise in the product description. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey. During busy periods, shipping may take a little longer.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders from €75. Otherwise, shipping costs €4.95 within the Netherlands and €9.95 within the rest of Europe.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over €75.00 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. For Belgium, orders over €100.00 qualify for free delivery.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this code to follow your shipment.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet! First, there are a few things you can check: start by reviewing the tracking number for your package – this will show you the status of your order. Then, confirm that you entered the correct delivery address, including the postal code. Finally, check your mailbox for a 'missed delivery' notice – it’s possible that your package was left with a neighbor or that it will be delivered later.
