How can I return my order?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the items you received. You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Here’s how to return your items:

  1. Register your return in our returns portal by entering your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and complete the payment (€4.99). You will immediately receive your return label.
  3. Pack the items you are returning, using the original packaging if possible. Be sure to cover the old shipping label.
  4. Drop off your return at a nearby postal location of your choise.

I can't find my order number. What should I do?
You can find your order number in the email with your order confirmation. The order number can also be found on the packing note in your order. If you still can’t find it, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team at support@estellecruijff.com and include your purchase date, postal code, and house number.

Can I combine multiple orders into one return?
Yes, that is possible. When registering your return through our returns portal, you will see all the items from multiple orders. You can select all these items and combine them into one package. You will only need to pay return shipping costs once for this combined package.

What are the return conditions?
Returns should be made within fourteen days of receiving your order. This applies to discounted items as well. Unfortunately, returns outside the fourteen-day window cannot be accepted.

Items must be in their original condition and unworn, with the tags still attached. Please be mindful and careful when trying on items. Items that are visibly damaged, contain makeup stains, or have strong odors cannot be accepted for return. The same applies to items without tags. Always keep the tags on if you intend to return an item.

Returns must be registered through the returns portal. Returns that are not registered via our returns portal cannot be processed. Additionally, we are not responsible for returns sent at your own risk. Any loss or damage to the package will be at your own expense.

Can I return SALE items?
Yes, sale items are subject to the same return conditions as non-discounted items.

I’m unable to register my return online. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that you're having trouble registering your return through our returns portal. Our customer care team is happy to assist you, but there are a few things you can check on your end to see why the registration might not be working:

Is your email address spelled correctly?
Have you entered the correct order number?
Have you registered your return within 14 days of receiving your order?

What are the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We charge a return fee of €4.99 for processing your return. This amount is payable when registering your return. If you paid shipping costs, they will be refunded.

I have returned my order. When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 14 days. You can track your return using the tracking number. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. After receiving this confirmation email, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days via your selected payment method.

I paid with an online gift card. How does the refund work?
If you placed an order and paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your gift card. So be sure to keep your gift card safe!

Where can I find the model withdrawal form?
As required by law, we are obligated to provide a statutory model withdrawal form. You only need to complete and send this form to us if you wish to cancel the agreement.
